Description: A rare mosaic depicting Poseidon/Neptune, God of the Sea was unearthed in Adana's Yumurtalik district during archaeological excavations at the Aegae Ancient City. The mosaic was discovered in the cold pool of a Roman bath in the ancient city of Aegae, which is a first-degree archaeological field. Moreover, the archaeologists founded a partly ruined inscription in Greek at the bottom of the mosaic saying:
