This is a video that I created to show my transformation from June 7th until April 7th as I trained for my life long dream of running the Boston Marathon. In 10 months I lost over 113 pounds through a change in diet and exercise routine, as well as pure desire. nnWhen I started on 06.07.08, I was literally only able to run 10 yards (I have NEVER run or even walked for exercise over the last 40 years) but on April 20, 2009, I was able to run nonstop for 26.2 miles and complete the Boston Marathon
