Yesterday I was invited out to the BAC flying field at Blacktown to witness a friend flying his 2720mm wingspan Pilatus Porter. This model, amazingly comes out of the box ARF!! To stand next to it is really quite imposing, and from all reports she's a real treat to fly. nnPlenty of power in reserve gives it that extra punch for mild to intermediate aerobatics and the down low and slow scale flight is something to behold.
