Description: Center Maryland's Damian O'Doherty sits down with Dr. Francesca Gambler, Head of Bard Early College and Anthony Lloyd, a year-one student, to discuss the four-year public school that allows students to take tuition-free liberal arts or science courses after the 9th or 10th grade. Graduates acquire three things: a high school diploma, 60 college credits from Bard, and an associates degree.
