Description: This is a little ii-v-i chord sequence which I snatched off of a nano-tutorial by the great Greg Phillinganes a long while back, seen somewhere in a video, I believe it was him demo'ing Spectrasonics' Piano library or similar. In essence, we're seeing and hearing a E flat minor 7, followed by an altered A flat 7 chord with a flat 13 (or sharp fifth) plus added 9, 11 and resolve on a D flat major 7/9th chord with the fifth in the bass instead of the root note.
