while still having time for yourself. <br/><br/>âTrust me, in my whirlwind of a schedule, I know just how precious those joy-filled moments can be.â <br/><br/>The study also found 51 per cent adults feel thereâs âneverâ enough time in the day to get things done. <br/><br/>While 51 per cent are âoften overwhelmedâ, with 47 per cent claiming to be busier now than ever before. <br/><br/>This might explain why 35 per cent âdonât knowâ how to find time to do things which make them happy, and why 37 per cent have âforgottenâ how to make time for themselves. <br/><br/>It also emerged those polled arenât enjoying as many as moments of happiness as they âneedâ. <br/><br/>According to the research, the typical adult âneedsâ 27 moments of happiness a week -
